7 Ways To Create A Happier, Healthier You

Over the last two years, I worked on improving myself both physically and emotionally. I must say that this is not exactly the best thing to do, but for the specific individual, like me, it is very possible.
Here are seven ways to help create a better health:
1. Always learn. There is so much information out there in libraries, schools, online, through blogs, etc., there is always something new to learn. Start with something you want and do some research on it. Learn everything there is to know about it, and just continue from there. After five academic degrees, I'm still learning.
2. Serve others. This is a great way to improve (and learn from each other). If it is something as simple as cookies for a friend or neighbor who is ill, volunteering with a company like Habitat for Humanities, or conduct fundraising for a specific cause in the end you will feel better into your skin to help others.
3. Exercise. Physical activity is a great way to improve your physical and mental health because it reduces stress, improves circulation, and in general, it's just right for you. Whether to go to the gym, walking or playing at the park with their children more and make a person better at everything.
4. Repay the debt. A major cause of stress is the debt - credit cards, medical bills, mortgage payments, loans, etc. It is a fact of life that the debt will probably be more, but the debt a little at a time can reduce your stress level and make you a happier person.
5. Sleep more. I've said enough.
6. Find culture. Many of us, though probably most of us go through our day's work, childcare, shopping, etc., and many of us do not know how to ever take the time to soak in a good culture - but it is probably just down the road. My advice is to take the time for it. Just an hour or two every two weeks can increase your happiness. Visit local museums, dance companies, galleries, concert halls and theaters. Take your kids along - exposure to the culture that is good for them, too.
7. Social media. Well, most people probably do not want to limit their use of social media (which is quite addictive), but maybe try to reduce the consumption of one hour a week. Also, make sure your profiles are set to private and passwords are difficult to deter pirates. I also recommend viewing messages positive, uplifting. This will help you make your best mood and have a positive influence on you and your friends.
